My stay was very well organized. And also i didnt had to worry about anyhting. I felt comfortable and at ease. I didnt worry about anything cause of the wonderful assistance and guidance of Karina. She is wonderful and in my opinion the best. Next time with a trip when beautyabroad comes to holland or I come to ukraine, i definitly will ask for Karina for guide. She is wonderful and very kind, very professional and speak english perfectly, much better then I do. I thank her very much for everything and I believe she deserves a bonus ;).
I am happy with how everything went. And am pleased with all the service of BA.com. My thanks and warm wishes to BA team and especially to Karina. I wish her strength in these hard times for her, cause of her relative that past away.

Please keep in mind that when you come to Ukraine all the payments for our services can only be made in grivnas (Ukrainian currency). You can bring your currency to Ukraine and easily exchange it into grivnas, as we have a lot of places where you can to it, so it won't cause any problems for you.
Air Fair to Ukraine
Once you have your visa taken care of you should search for the plane tickets to come over. Options are various:

You can get in touch with the airlines directly and buy tickets at their representative office or on-line. We offer to your attention some useful links. There you can find not only tickets to and from Ukraine, but also a flight from your own country and back. You will have a chance to check the time-table, read what is needed to enter and leave Ukraine and much more. So you can start making your air fair arrangements there.

NOTE: Do not buy plane tickets from unknown people or companies. We have many cases when people were robbed by individuals selling tickets for less money and then…no tickets, no money, nobody to contact and ask where all this have disappeared!
It's better to buy both-way refundable tickets. In case if some unexpected situations that can come out after the tickets were bought you will be able to exchange the tickets for the days that will be more convenient for you. So in this case you will be highly protected from all kind of troubles and unexpected surprises.

Then we can meet you in Donetsk airport and drive to Lugansk. For more info go to Lugansk Package page. If you want us to buy you the tickets - this service is payable in advance. We take 20% commission for tickets, reservation, booking and sending to Kiev so when you arrive to Borispol you will be given tickets to travel further.
By train (18 hours ride)
There is firm train that goes daily from Kiev to Lugansk and from Lugansk to Kiev. We recommend you to purchase places in 2seats - 4 seats sleeping compartments, as they are more comfortable to travel.
One way 1 ticket price in 4 seats compartment is $55 (this price include food, taxi, luggage & bed fees).
One way 1 ticket in 2 seats compartment is $150. Compartments of this type have air conditioning and TV/VCR in them (this price include food, taxi, luggage & bed fees).
