David from USA, April-May 2009.
I would like to say that it was an enjoyable experience for me to visit Ukraine and the city of Lugansk in particular. And for that I should thank BA company. I would like to start from saying that my membership with them had exceeded all my expectations. I liked services and thus lots of pleasure from my communication with Nataliya. Well, that is quite natural that after we have been getting to know each other through our lettering, I decided to come and see her in Ukraine. You would hardly believe how uncertain I felt going to a foreign land I have never been before!. I had lots of concerns, the meeting was approaching closer and I was even feeling a little bit scared... But all my concerns and fears disappeared just on my arrival. I would like to thank Elena, BA interpreter, who has been most helpful during my whole visit. She helped a great deal me and Nataliya for us to understand each other. I absolutely liked the apartment I was staying, clean, comfortable with all I needed , not too far and not too close to the centre, just perfect...
